Happy Holidays from The Board

The holiday season is a time for gratitude and reflection. As we look back on 2022, we at Idaho Sportsmen are proud of our work, grateful for the members and policymakers who entrusted us to do this work, and excited for what’s to come in 2023.

Idaho Sportsmen is proud of the work accomplished in 2022:
We saw growth in our membership and affiliate groups. We brought our peer organizations to the table to create policies focused on access and opportunity for hunting, fishing, trapping, and recreational shooting in Idaho. We hosted events for members and provided opportunities for them to engage with the board and agency organizations. And we’re just getting started.

In 2023, we hope to expand upon our work and use our growing platform to: 

• Continue to educate the public and our membership on the importance of hunting, fishing, recreational shooting, and trapping and how they contribute to conservation 

• Continuing to serve as a leading organization creating policy to protect our outdoor heritage and expand access and opportunity for the entire outdoor sporting community

• Continue to provide opportunities for our members to learn about our work, our affiliate partners, and to introduce them to other sportsmen and women across Idaho

• Continue to bring together a diverse group of sportsmen and women to build our membership and unite the sportspeople of Idaho

We hope you enjoy your holiday season with your family and take advantage of all the amazing hunting and fishing resources Idaho has to offer. Thank you for all you have done for Idaho Sportsmen and for trusting us to continue this vital work on your behalf.
